Cancellation
Due to high user demand for magnet time and the PIs are using the repeating blocks less than 50% of the time, CAMRI will be altering the repeating block policy.
The new policy is as follows:
You must delete your event 7 days prior to avoid charges. If you delete less than 7 days in advance you will be charged in full unless another group uses that time slot. This provides an incentive to release the time slot sooner so that others may utilize it. It is recommended that the cancellations be posted to the camri listserv (CAMRI@listserv.it.northwestern.edu) to inform other users of the newly available time slot.
The policy for non-repeating slots will remain the same. You must cancel more than 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in being charged ½ the rate unless someone takes the time slot.
A reminder of the no-show policy: Each PI is allowed a single no show per month per study. Others will be charged at ½ the rate.
